Born and raised in the heart of Indiana, Jess started their journey in sports by playing little league baseball. Years later they began to delve into other sports, playing 4 years of varsity soccer for their high school. During their time on the field they played as the goalkeeper and earned awards including MVP and All Conference Champion, achieving the most shutouts in the state! After high school Jess pursued a degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Art Therapy, working as an Art Therapist and a Registered Behavior Technician for 6 years before relocating to Louisiana and accepting a position with the UPfield family.
Their love for soccer combined with their extensive knowledge of instructing a multifarious group of young minds has given them the skills they need to successfully and joyfully coach soccer the UPfield way!
Off the fields Jess loves to read, hike, and spend as much time as possible with their two Uppy the Puppies, Daisy and Hoosier!

Dawn is an integral part of Team UPfield as the smiling voice you hear on the other side of the phone for the parents of all the little ones in our program!
Dawn spent most her time as a player and coach on the softball field, but loves the benefits the sport of soccer provides the little ones.
Originally from Rochester NY, Dawn has made her home in Atlanta for the past 17 years. Dawn is a huge Atlanta Braves and Buffalo Bills fan. She loves to bake and spoil her family with the baked goods they love!

Coach Brad was raised in Snellville, GA and attended Shiloh High School. As a senior, he captained the Class 5A State Championship and was named Player of the Year by the Gwinnett Post. After graduation, Brad played collegiate soccer at Georgia State University, captaining the team for 3 years while earning his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
As a Graduate Assistant coach Brad earned his Masters in Science with an Emphasis in Coaching Education and Spent a year as the Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at Georgia Southern.

Kory was raised in Kansas City, playing high school soccer at Shawnee Mission NW and helping the Cougars earn a #3 Umbro/NSCAA High School National Ranking. Kory played collegiate soccer at Auburn University Montgomery, where he helped the Senators earn National Recognition by winning 4 conference championships, 2 NAIA regional championships, and 3 trips to the NAIA national tournament that resulted in a Final Four appearance and two trips to the NAIA National Championship game!
Kory started the UPfield program in Atlanta 15 years ago, and now lives in Atlanta with his wife Laura and his two sons.
